At Jyoti Arts, we value your satisfaction. Whether you purchase tea & coffee premixes, vending machine supplies, or machines, we aim to make your experience smooth and reliable. Please review our Return & Refund Policy to understand how we can assist you.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 2-day return window, meaning you have 48 hours from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Note: Vending machines, installed equipment, or opened consumables are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Jyoti Arts account → Go to “My Orders”
2. Select the order and click “View Order”
3. Click “Request Return”
4. Provide a short description of the issue
5. Upload clear photos/videos & unboxing video
6. Click “Submit”
Important: Do not send items back without approval.
Once approved, a pickup will be arranged at your address.

3. Shipping Charges
- Tea/Coffee Items below ₹599: Standard shipping charges apply.
- Orders ₹599 and above: Free delivery (for consumables only).
- Machines and heavy equipment shipping charges vary by location.
4. Refunds for Delivery-Related Issues
We offer fair refunds in the following delivery situations:
a. Customer Unavailable (RTO)
If delivery fails after multiple attempts and the order is returned, a refund will be issued excluding shipping charges.
b. Courier Issues (No attempt / Lost / Cancelled)
You will receive a full refund including shipping charges.
c. Order Rejected at Delivery
Refund will be given after we receive the returned item, but shipping fees will be deducted.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours with:
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Unboxing video
- Order details
We will provide a replacement or refund based on eligibility.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened tea/coffee premixes
- Installed or used vending machines
- Customized products
- Hazardous materials
- Sale/clearance items
- Gift cards

7. Exchanges
We do not provide direct exchanges.
To get a new item:
- Request a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order after return approval

9. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Additional bank processing time may apply.
