Jyoti Arts – Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At Jyoti Arts, we aim to deliver tea & coffee products, vending machines, and service-related items promptly and safely. This Shipping & Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures so you can have a smooth experience.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

• Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Vending machine orders may require additional processing time based on availability.

Shipping Charges

• Tea & Coffee Premix Orders below ₹599: Standard shipping charges apply.
• Orders ₹599 and above: Free delivery across India (for consumables only).
• Shipping charges for vending machines depend on location, size, and weight.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Tea/Coffee products: 3–7 business days.
• Vending machines: 5–12 business days depending on logistics and installation requirements.
• Delays may occur due to weather, logistics restrictions, or courier issues.

Delivery Coverage

• We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.
• If your address is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternatives or issue a full refund.

2. Order Tracking

• After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• You can also check your order status in your Jyoti Arts account under "My Orders".

3. Failed Deliveries / RTO (Return To Origin)

A delivery may fail due to:

• Incorrect address or phone number
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept the delivery

In such cases:

• A refund will be processed excluding shipping charges as per our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

We allow cancellations in limited circumstances:

Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Vending machine orders cannot be cancelled once processing or installation planning has begun.

Time-Sensitive Cancellations

• Since processing is fast, we recommend cancelling within 2 hours of placing the order.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are initiated within 10 business days after approval.
